Stephanie (she/her) with a special focus on transracial identity and racial trauma, Stephanie helps adoptees, folks who were institutionalized as children, and their families, explore identity, find self-acceptance, and gain resilience.
​Kristen (they/them) helps queer youth, young adults, and those in non-traditional relationship structures navigate identity, social stigmas, and relationship dynamics to build confidence, self-understanding, and connection.
Abigail (she/her) helps people who are hurting from toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, and codependency value their own needs and step off the rollercoaster of other people's emotions into their own serenity and peace.
Emily (she/her) helps people struggling with worry, anxiety, and OCD to gain mental clarity, be less driven by distressing thoughts, and to experience the relief of joy, self-compassion, and spontaneity.
